Rafa Favila
Rafa was born in Mexico City in 1987. He studied Industrial Management in UPIICSA/IPN, Mexico City and at the same time he started to study Photography and Cinema in Video in UNAM, Casa del Lago.
When Rafa finished the studies, he decided to work independently in the movie industry and gave in 2007, with some friends, birth to the production company Cotorra Films. Since then, he also has collaborated in several other projects, between others, he produced the CHALLENGE for the International Film Festival DOCSDF in Mexico City in 2008 and 2009, worked as a photographer in campaigns for the brands Movistar and Santander, and made The Making of for the feature picture "El Atentado" from director Jorge Fons.
